Prices

Prices in this list are tax inclusive, recommended and subject to change without notice.

Marketing

For the purchase of the products shown here, it is necessary to have a reliable accreditation of the industrial or commercial activity that allows the commercialisation of our products. Once this accreditation is in the possession of REYDIS, your order and our approval represent acceptance of our general conditions of sale.

Payment

The method of payment for the first operations will be cash, pre-counted or cash on delivery. Once you have been classified and credited as a customer, you will be able to opt for different payment methods, which will be negotiated in a separate document.

Portes

Deliveries over 600,00€ tax not included will be shipped carriage paid. For orders of a lower amount we have a rate for postage on the invoice.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without the prior express authorisation of REYDIS. Acceptance by REYDIS of any return will be effected by issuing an RMA number, which must be visible on the returned goods so that our warehouse can accept it.

Incidents

All goods that travel through the transport contracted by REYDIS are insured. Any incident that may be observed in the goods received must be reported within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the time of delivery. In the event of any incident, it is recommended that the addressee state on the agency's delivery note "CONFORMABLE EXCEPT EXAMINATION", date and time of receipt.

Guarantee

The warranties of all our imports will have a duration of one year unless otherwise indicated. The attention of the product in guarantee will be in our technical service or in those that REYDIS designates for such effect. The products will be collected by our means in the first 15 days after having been sent, once this period has elapsed the shipment will be paid by the customer, the return of all products under warranty will be paid by REYDIS.

Sat

The products sold to the end user and that present anomalies will travel to our technical service with postage paid by the user. In the event that the product is under warranty, it will be returned carriage paid.
