At Reydis One AV, we have a Technical Assistance Service for our customers and distributors. Due to the complex and refined quality of our products, the revision, maintenance and repair of these is necessary by highly specialised professionals. Below, we provide you with the means of contact/management so that you can let us know of any incident with your equipment, so that we can assess its condition and act accordingly.

Customer Service Hours

We put at your disposal a technical service department for any management related to the guarantee of your equipment, repair and maintenance of the same according to the brands we distribute. You can contact us by phone during our opening hours or send us a message to our e-mail address sat@reydis.esdescribing your incident. When you contact us, we will inform you of the steps to follow to resolve your incident.
